Database – Web Application Developer III (Government)

AT&T - NORFOLK, Virginia

• Using C# Programming Language and Microsoft .Net 4.0 Web Application Development skills; design, develop, and maintain a SIPR EWTGU web interface and accompanying tool sets to support data entry, data query, data visualization interface, report production, and workflow management in the NIODB SIPR Web Application interface.
• Provide database table design, development, insert, and export support to the NIODB Oracle-12c Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
• Provide guidance to the customer in web design best practices and optimized methods for delivery.
• Develop test plan, system configuration documents, and user guide documents in support of NIODB web applications.

• 8 years demonstrated experience in the field of software development with specific prior performance in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) application interface design, Simple Query Language (SQL), Web Application development/maintenance.
• 4 years demonstrated experience in the field of software development with specific prior performance in C# Programming Language and MS.NET Application development/maintenance.
• Strong working experience in all phases of the SDLC, and EW data analysis/library products to support automated tool development.
• Candidate(s) will require privileged access to development and production systems and must be DOD-8570 Cyber Security Workforce Certified with specific certifications: Security , and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Visual Studio 2010.
