This position is responsible for timely reviewing, investigating issues, and accurately closing of daily work order tickets.  In addition, this position is responsible for all areas of accounts payable, which include accurate approvals, correct general ledger coding, and working with both corporate personnel and vendors to address all problems.

• Review the site work orders daily, make corrections when necessary, and report any problems to your immediate supervisor.
• Maintain the site accounts payable to assure accurate and timely processing of expenses including prompt and courteous communications with corporate and the vendors.
• Investigate past due invoice inquiries from vendors.
• Review purchase order reports for past due receivers, and accuracy of PO information..
• Responsible for accurate expense accruals at month end.
• Obtain needed information and set up new vendors.
• Ensure adequate documentation, correct approvals, and prepare emergency checks for eExpenses.
• Investigate expense postings to the general ledger and ensure expenses are posted accurately.
• Prepare JVDrill reports as needed by Management.
• Standardization of processes as required.
• All duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Audit for compliance with Corporate and Division policies.
• Write up and data entry JV’s as required.
• Investigate and resolve problem freight and detention invoices.
• Follow all EHS regulations and guidelines and actively participate in SMART and other safety programs.

 

Basic Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status
High school diploma or GED
