Associate Manager, Site Marketing (Digital Experience)

The Associate Manager of Site & Content Experience reports is responsible for the online shopping experience, creating the vision for the current and next generation digital shopping experience. This role will help oversee site content development, website/user experience and site analytics to optimize navigation, content and conversion. The ideal candidate will be an idea generator, with a high level of interactive expertise, who likes to work in a fun, dynamic, and highly collaborative work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

•  Oversee the execution behind the AnnTaylor.com shopping experience including key UX site features/functionality, mobile, and site merchandising & content management, ensuring that all activities are brand-centric, make a measurable impact and are consistent with the overall marketing strategy

•  Manage day-to-day process and timelines (promotional and editorial programs), coordinating with web production and creative teams to ensure launch dates are met

•  Partner with Product Management teams to identify/prioritize new site enhancements and work closely with Web Production to manage site content

•  Leverage data to execute intuitive and engaging experiences on site that bring the brand to life online and blend content with commerce to ultimately drive her through the conversion funnel

•  Continuously evaluate the customer journey, identifying new UX enhancements, meaningful A/B tests, and integrating new marketing technology and products to increase conversion

•  Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly hindsights to be presented to the marketing team and cross-functional partners

•  Create compelling landing experiences that inspire her to shop and explore from product merchandising, relevant editorial messaging to styling help based on where she is in the funnel

•  Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Merchandising teams to identify business drivers to outline seasonal editorial roadmap

•  Partner with Planning teams on promotional calendars and updates to ensure flawless execution
