The Associate
Manager, Site Merchandising will work closely with the Manager – Site
Merchandising to ensure the execution of all site merchandising
responsibilities such as reporting, product sequencing, uploading product
information, navigation updates, site QA, etc. The Associate Manager, Site Merchandising
collaborates with merchandising, web marketing, product management, and
technology to properly merchandise the site and help to give our client the
ideal shopping experience.
Responsibilities
· Pull all reporting on a weekly basis and distribute to
cross-functional partners.
· Analyze sales on weekly/monthly basis to understand what
products are working and not working to help develop strategies and activities
to grow sales.
· Create creative and operational tickets for all site
refreshes, new launches, and new experiences
· Partner with production counterpart to ensure all new
product goes live and assist in SKU audit to correct any issues with SKUs going
live
· Ensure all new SKUs go live on time
· Partner with merchandising team to ensure all product
information is captured and displayed accurately on the site.
· Create and import product data to the site in a timely
manner.
· Create linking documents, and help determine locations for
all site assets.
· Assist in updating search results and no search results on
the website.
· Update site navigation sequencing as needed.
· QA all changes made to site to ensure all content is
displayed accurately in accordance with site standards.
· Ad hoc projects as needed
