Aid the Sales force in their day-to-day duties by answering questions and/or Consultation.
Prompt response is critical if the sales person is to receive the needed information.
Repair and install dish machines/beverage equipment at customer's restaurants.
Demonstrate products to customers through Territory Managers and their customers or by calling on customers independently.
Provide consulting expertise to customers on the features, advantages, and benefit of products.
Provide demos of new products, describing features and benefits, product codes, promotional opportunities, suggested pricing, etc.
Train Territory Managers on product techniques, features and benefits, and new product lines.
Responsible for organizing and maintaining a route book.
Assist buyers of inventory needs on large-volume customer's, identify conversion opportunities to move products away from non-preferred supplies to the Private and Signature product lines.

Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience servicing Dishmachine/Beverage equipment.
Must have general knowledge of basic Plumbing and electricity.
Education/Training
High School diploma required, some college preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proactive, Good at problem solving, good oral/written/communication skills. Effectively transmit knowledge.
Must have a Valid Driver’s license and Clean driving record.
Good organization skills
Must be willing to Nights/Weekends/Holidays and be on call 24/7 for customer emergencies.
