Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Senior Engineer at our offices in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for writing, developing and unit testing software or building, testing and implementing infrastructure components to meet design specifications. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Management, or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) developing Restful API for web applications using java stack including Jersey for building rest layer and hibernate for accessing various databases including MySQL Oracle and Postgres; (2) developing application enhancements using core java libraries including Java Cryptography Extension, Log4j, Servlet API; (3) following test driven development by writing unit and functional test for the developed code using Junit and TestNG frameworks; (4) utilizing the following tools: Jenkins, Git, Vagrant, and Maven; and (5) utilizing domain expertise combined with Java and SQL.
