As a Sr. Financial Analyst on the Capital Finance team you will support Real Estate in finding optimal new store sites for Target. You will be a strategic partner for Real Estate by providing proactive analysis and analytics including discounted cash flow valuation, NPV and IRR. You will build capital project requests (CPR) for Target Properties and support the construction of capital requests including financial cash flow analysis for the pyramid.

About you:

  • 4-year college degree in Finance or related area
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
  • Broad technical skills including experience with spreadsheet and presentation applications (MS Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Experience with business case development
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
