About This Opportunity
Work with the team that is engaged in delivering a superior guest experience through effective utilization and management of Target’s Reverse Logistics operations. This position will drive the operational and financial performance of Return Center through developing and analyzing both long-range and short term forecasts, financial goals, key business strategies and initiatives, and providing critical analytical support of this business.
You will be responsible for the Reverse Logistics operations, focused on executing operational analysis and managing critical return processes to ensure the timely processing of Target Guest returns. Work closely with Return Centers, 3PL providers, transportation carriers, and vendor partners to improve return operations. · Deliver annual and long-range goals, weekly forecasts, and continuous insightful analytics for the Reverse Logistics network.
· Anticipate future business needs; identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, and execute strategies to improve efficiencies by optimizing performance and expense
· Collaborate with business partners to ensure sound financial decisions are being made to drive improvement in Reverse Logistics expense and guest experience.
· Provide thought leadership and use data to influence peers and leaders; driving toward action and leading key partners toward the right business decisions.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance
· 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
· Experience in developing and using SQL
· Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build relationships & contribute in a team setting
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Strong communication and organization skills
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Able to present complex analysis in an understandable format
Desired Requirements
· Experience in Digital Returns
· Degree in math, statistics, analytics, and/or computer science
· Continuous Improvement experience
