Develop concept ideas and messaging, in partnership with BCM and creative teams, to optimize continued engagement within the guest relationship platform, focusing on key conversion drivers, maximizing guest engagement and deepening of our guest relationship.
Partner with analytics team to identify, prioritize and construct actionable guest segments to unlock new opportunities that create value.
Develop compelling messaging to drive behaviors, targeting individual guests across our portfolio of communication channels (including email, instore and digital).
Develop relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities for our guests based on comprehensive understanding of their needs.
Partner with personalization team to drive A/B testing in order to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and tactics.
Be responsible for leveraging data, customer insights and competitive information to support the development of direct to guest marketing tactics.
Share the guest experience with an emphasis on acquisition, engagement and conversion to the guest relationship platform.
Lead always on marketing for existing products (i.e Cartwheel) and development of new products/programs, including developing positioning, communicating and engaging.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
4 year degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in marketing with some product marketing background.
Effective communication skills included demonstrated ability to share insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.
Experience in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization; proven ability to drive results cross-functionally without direct management of all team members.
Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives.
