Lead Business Partner – Resource Allocation and Budget Management

A role within the AP HQ Operations Team means being a part of the team that drives innovation, manages content and information, technology, metrics, budget and resource allocation for store and supply chain teams, as well as field leaders. Here, you’ll apply a wide range of skills including communication, training, building and security design, workload planning, budget planning, data analytics and reporting.

About you:
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4-6 years Target or related retail/finance experience
Excellent problem solving, and logical reasoning skills
Ability to utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems
Deep knowledge of financial planning and tools, systems and resources
System aptitudes or knowledge of Target systems (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and working in highly collaborative environments
Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to teach, educate and influence multiple team members and senior level leaders
