The Team Development Leader provides day-to-day leadership for a team of 15 to 20 contact center team members. Responsible for leading teams providing 24/7/365 support to stores and corporate locations. Has day to day leadership responsibility and is willing to learn technical base knowledge of all functions supported by FMOC, including but not limited to; Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Alarm Systems, and Call Center/Central Station support functions. Leads in a way that that is Fast, Fun, and Friendly, promotes two-way communication, and demonstrates courage to drive change. Maintains a strong line of communication with Stores, Regions, Districts, and other field support teams.

- Supervise a group of team members in order to deliver individual and group performance goals
- Lead the team to provide a great guest experience and help support the organization in delivering great looking stores
- Develop, train, and retain a strong diverse team devoted to quality service
- Develop and lead initiatives aimed at improving overall dept performance and client satisfaction
- Serve as a role model to inspire team work between each team member and with other Target teams
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop, manage, and motivate people within a fast-paced and production oriented work environment
- Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships (internally, cross-functionally and cross-company)
- Previous home based experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thought skills
- Demonstrated track record of producing significant business results
- Strong customer service perspective/experience
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Schedule: mid-shift and weekend rotation
