Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Guest Data Quality Lead at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Guest Data Quality Lead will be responsible for guest data quality management, improvement in guest data, and end-to-end testing. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronics engineering, engineering, or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) Profile and analyze data quality issues ,using SQLs, including Teradata,Oracle,DB2, and Hadoop to determine root cause and identify data quality trends and patterns across source systems; (2) Gathering non-functional requirements based on Data Quality Standards and analyzing functional requirements, using JIRA; (3) Creating appropriate system health monitors using SAS and Hadoop-related tools, including Apache Hive, Apache Sqoop, Apache Oozie, and generate intelligent reports to alert teams in case of issues; (4) Providing guest data quality for projects, execution of tasks, and prioritization of related work; and (5) Supporting roll-outs and coordinating with business and technical teams during any production issues after roll-out.
