Responsible for assessing customers’ needs and ensuring the prompt resolution of inbound customer telephone calls; assisting with Live Chat and email communication; performing other duties as assigned
Essential Functions:
Respond to Customer Service phone inquiries.
Responding to written inquiries from customers based on business needs.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Communication Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages; apply concepts of basic algebra.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form; solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, and feel; occasionally required to sit, and reach with hands and arms; requires close vision.
Other Skills:
Ability to provide outstanding customer service to external and internal customers on a consistent basis; ability to take control of and resolve customer issues utilizing active listening skills; ability to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs; ability to be a self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative; strong decision-making abilities; strong analytical skills; excellent communication skills; ability to navigate multiple computer applications and work from a dual monitor setup; ability to complete financial transactions accurately and proficiently.
