Overview:
Macy's Logistics & Operations in Joppa, Maryland is a distribution center that provides outstanding customer service. We are conducting a search for a talented Manager of Customer Returns Center, who is motivated to assist the Director to provide leadership to the entire distribution function.
Essential Functions:
- Manage, coach, develop and provide leadership for associates on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping maintenance for associates.
- Ensure adherence to all ML&O Standard Practices.
- Monitor and review expenses / budgets.
- Ensure timely and accurate communications to divisions, and other management.
- Process transfer requests submitted by buyers/planners.
- Move CRC shipments through the various system stages for processing.
- Investigate and resolve CRC disputes with divisions and vendors resulting from receipt and shipment issues.
- Any other responsibilities management deems necessary.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Education/Experience:
- Leadership /teamwork skills.
- Monitor productivity.
- Auditing to ensure integrity standards on inbound and outbound processing.
- Implementation of work schedules.
- Monitoring of work practices to ensure clean and safe work environment.
- Work harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team.
