As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you would partner across the team, media and creative agencies and the Digital Experience team to lead testing initiatives. This encompasses the media and creative across display, social, search and video efforts across multiple channels – desktop, tablet, mobile and in app.
The focus of this role is to define the required tests, monitor the test coverage, and evaluate the overall outcome in conjunction with the team leads.
The goal of testing is for learnings to grow and enhance how to go-to-market both in media and in creative. Looking at how to optimize across the full media funnel with engaging creative. All core principles of testing A/B, Multi Variate, Champion/Challenger, Audience, Retargeting, Remarketing will be utilized.
Challenges will be to ensure that the results will be statistically significant and that learnings will translated to measurable business success. Need a formalized structure and dashboard defined, created and implemented.

Ensure that test scenarios are prepared in a structured way, prioritized to reflect business or technical priorities and are approved by appropriate stakeholders
Create tests, prioritize the tests, monitor test execution and ensure results are tracked and recorded
Prepare and maintain relevant test documentation, including test scripts, activity schedules, narrative and written reports, and visual progress charts
Partner with and assist each tactic and team regarding the test planning, testing activity, and test results analysis
Support associated resources as appropriate for the implementation of testing related activities
Decision-making authority for the direction of the testing activities and setting the priorities for testing
Liaison with third-party suppliers to ensure appropriate test coverage
Monthly read outs for leads and leadership
Create dashboard in conjunction with performance teams and agencies
A successful background looks like this:
5 years’ relevant marketing experience
Demonstrated awareness of key business objectives, to ensure these are applied appropriately to all business activities
Ability to identify business opportunities, and be aware of the associated risks
Ability to contribute effectively towards the objectives of a team, and can share knowledge, ideas and information
Awareness of the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
Able to solve problems in a measured and creative way
Capable of independently assessing a wide variety of tasks, and be proactive in relation to identifying and undertaking activities that are to the benefit of the business
Good at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, and developing an approach to interacting with the situation
Need to keep overall objectives and strategies in mind, and not be deflected by matters of detail
Retaining objectivity and proper understanding of a problem or situation
Good in application of relevant industry and process standards to all tasks undertaken
Project management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
