In this marketing role you’ll develop marketing and communication programs with the aim of improving customer retention for strategic subscription based service with the AT&T Entertainment Group. Success of programs are measured by churn improvement and reduction of customer calls and customer store visits.
You’ll manage these projects/programs from initiation through delivery, to include all aspects of marketing communications for programs. You’ll develop, execute and monitor integrated communications programs on behalf of a specific business line in support of the strategic business objective.
