The Loyalty Marketing Team is responsible for the AT&T THANKS and AT&T Signature programs. AT&T THANKS is a growing loyalty program targeted to EG customers focused on base retention and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. AT&T Signature works to grow and retain consumers through our business-to-business relationships. The Loyalty Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing execution manager to be part of our fast-paced, collaborative, growth-oriented team.
In this role, you will partner closely with our strategy team and be a key member of the AT&T THANKS marketing execution team launching integrated marketing campaigns. Your primary role will be overall responsibility for launching campaigns in paid channels, including social, search, digital, TV, in-theatre and more. In addition, you will help shape the program’s content strategy, including the production of video assets for use in marketing campaigns and digital experiences to drive program awareness and engagement.
The role includes managing a multi-million dollar paid media budget maximized to the benefit of the program, managing both the creation of assets and the flighting of media in market. Given the volume of campaigns, you will need to ensure all marketing efforts are on-time and on-budget and will assist with summarizing results for each initiative.
Collaboration is key to success on the team including but not limited to strategy, agencies, legal, brand, analytics, digital experience, etc. In general, you will be the key to a successful paid media and content strategy.
You will also work closely with the Loyalty Marketing team to ensure integrated campaigns and content marketing supports the program’s overall strategies and objectives.
