Responsibilities include:

 

The Procurement Associate develops and processes vendor quotes, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders through development and schedule of authorization approvals in compliance with purchasing processes. Organizes solicitation of vendor quotes and analyzes all communication for same to confirm quotes comply with stated requirements. Maintains records of all purchase order and associate documents. Maintains knowledge on all open order statuses and manages calls for purchasing and delivery schedule. Reconciles and corrects all returned and damage goods for remediation by management.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: High school diploma with four (4) years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Good desktop skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Required Clearance: Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a government security clearance
