Lead Product Marketing Manager, DCP Channels

AT&T Entertainment Group is focused on offering a premium, effortless mobile entertainment experience!  Using enhanced advertising, we are a leader in addressable video and delivery across all screens.  As our Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will help us continue this trajectory as you develop strategic product positioning, messaging and programs to increase consumer awareness, consumer interest and overall profitability of AT&T’s products and services through our Distribution Channel Partners sales channels.  In this position you will be the marketing expert for these account teams. 

 
The successful candidate will:
  • Ensures project goals and priorities align with the DCP business strategies. Help ensure project demands are met, and team members have direction and resources necessary
  • Foster innovative thinking, collaborate with peers, design counterparts and partner groups to ensure project design continuity across all areas of focus and alignment to Brand plans
  • Communicate and present design concepts to all levels of management; and, effectively elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner
  • Regularly assess and assist product merchandising of all categories for assigned DCP channels to ensure standards are maintained
  • Stay current in design trends, production techniques and vendor products
  • Demonstrate awareness of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and update store visual communication accordingly
  • Implement designs with creativity, taste and style – minding launch objective and budget

A background like this will get our attention:

  • 8 years’ retail design experience demonstrating creative sophistication in concepts and design
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design processes; retail industry experience a must, to include retail environments, concepts and programs
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation experience, and the ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to senior team
  • Demonstrated ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies
  • Sound judgment and ability to contribute meaningfully to the determination of policy and strategy
  • Partner with the sales channel and internal marketing contacts who provide support around offer messaging, assets and review of creative materials; be the single marketing contact point for tests and overlays
  • Resolve escalations and offer coordination needs with Sales Directors
  • Manage agency and retail relationships
  • Travel as business needs require
  • Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, industrial design or graphic design preferred
