Strong leaders needed with experience and expertise in the Intelligence Community (IC)
Must possess extensive knowledge of the specific customer,including the needs of each agency’s internal organizational units; how each organization acquires technology and products for their mission; solid understanding regarding the relevant capabilities of competitors in the respective agencies and sub-elements; and a technical background to quickly come up to speed on the depth and breadth of AT&T products and services and their applicability to the space, ground, and geospatial-intelligence missions.
Responsible for overall development, direction, and management of a strategic client relationship including development/execution of Account/Market Entrée Plan; e.g., call plan development and execution; shaping opportunities; and introduction of corporate technologies or qualifications to gain advantage for new business opportunities.
Develops/cultivates senior level relationships across either NGA or NRO and develops/executes a strategy to drive consequential revenue growth and attainment across the customer organization.
Responsible for account strategy, profit and loss, plan execution, program management, lifecycle management, escalations, stewardship, and customer satisfaction.
Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities leading to successful captures as well as proposal submissions.
Drives team to execute on contract terms and conditions and works to ensure on-time delivery of projects supporting the client.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the business function.
Responsible for the financial performance of all assigned accounts.
Manages the work efforts of program leads with responsibility for personal actions such as hiring, terminations, performance appraisals, and pay reviews
Requires a Bachelors or advanced degree in a technical field. Ten (10) or
more years of experience and prior leadership responsibilities in a BD,
sales, or line organization within a professional services company and
lead responsibility for managing client relationships within the IC
Required Clearance: Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with a
preference for recent polygraph
Desired: Strong preference for
candidates with PMP certification. Prefer candidates with direct Intelligence Community agencies’ experience.
