Inventory Control Clerk

Daily inventory reconciliation
PO raw materials from Production to stock
Perform week ending WIP inventory
Ensure proper rotation of all raw materials
Basic house keeping in freezers and coolers pertaining to processing raw materials or finished goods.
Supply any audit changes to finance daily to be reconciled so inventory stays accurate and tied in the system.
Control the thawing of materials to be used in production.
Accountable for pars levels and storage of said products.
Compiles records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.
Assesses stock supply and reorder status.
Assists in inventory and procedural audits when necessary.

Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Related Experience: Familiarity with inventory control, HACCP requirements preferred. Forklift and warehouse experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills. Must be able to resolve routine problems of limited scope. Forklift experience and ability to lift and move cases ranging from 10 to 90 pounds. Ability to work in environments between 0 and 34 degrees.
