As a Sr. Business Partner you will manage, coordinate, and synthesize information to and from Food and Beverage Field Directors.   You'll socialize feedback from stores and coordinate event recaps to drive continuous improvement and use data, insights, and research to support operational prioritization.  Build project plans to drive successful implementation and execution of initiatives.  Leverage communication skills and organization to efficiently manage information flow while building new cross functional capabilities.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
 
About You
  • 4-year degree
  • 2-5 years of work experience; Food & Beverage expertise desired
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence partners
  • Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to proactively solve opportunities without clear precedent
  • Strong project and process management expertise and strong organization skills
  • Ability to work within anticipate and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
