Job Overview:
 
As a Recruiting/Employment Supervisor you will source, screen and interview applicants for warehouse and clerical positions in a fast paced environment. Retrieve, manipulate and analyze recruiting data utilizing Excel database.  Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting, training and directing the daily work of seasonal and core HR associates.
 
Essential Functions:
 
• Develop and drive recruiting initiatives for the non-exempt population.
• Efficiently and effectively post and fill open positions.
• Proactively identify through sourcing of Taleo and other 3rd party job boards, talent for current/future openings.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs. Utilize on campus recruiting and 3rd party job fairs
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Partner with HR Manager to post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Utilize and identify improved methods of sourcing through Internet recruitment.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Retrieve, manipulate and analyze recruiting data using Excel database.
• Provides day to day direction to HR associates and seasonal recruiters to ensure daily task and expectations are met.
• Reconcile and manage candidates’ recruiting process on the ATS, responding to them in a timely manner and protecting the candidate experience
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
 
Qualifications:
 
Education/Experience:
 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of HR/Recruiting Experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
 
Communication Skills:
 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.       
 
Mathematical Skills:
 
 • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
 
Reasoning Ability:
 
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 
Physical Demands:
 
• This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing and talking.  May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling and crouching.
• Involved close vision, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
 
Other Skills:
 
• Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills.
• Intermediate Excel Skills to include but not limited to basic formula writing, running macros, data sorting and filtering, and table formatting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 
Work Hours:
 
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on facility needs.
