Associate Manager, Project Management

Job Overview:
 
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supervising and developing a team of Project Managers (PMs) by leading creative production for our e-Commerce website. The Associate oversees digital and print marketing workflows, as well as the product photography workflow, ensuring process compliance from all partners. Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Essential Functions:
 

• Key liaison and support for Manager, Project Management.

• Manage and develop individual team members, and drive for overall success of team.

• Supervise team resources to ensure a balanced workload.

• Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with all parties, including outside vendors.

• Manage the timely development and delivery of digital and print marketing assets from start to finish.

• Seamlessly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchants, creative, image management, and production) while driving for workflow compliance and process congruency.

• Develop and communicate timelines and schedules for digital product workflows to all partners.

• Keep all teams informed of project status, and proactively communicate challenges that put a project at risk. Identify future obstacles and maintain a solution-oriented approach.

• Ensure that online presentation of product meets site standards. Liase with creative and digital strategy team to review and communicate site photography enhancements.

• Suggest, develop, and pursue process optimization and system innovation to current workflow.

• Collaborate with fellow associate managers to information share and ensure congruency across all PM's.

• Pursue and lead process-oriented projects outside of marketing and digital product workflows.

• Actively participate in meetings and represent points specific to team and area of business.

• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. 

Qualifications:
 
Education/Experience:
 
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
 
 
Communication Skills:
 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across internal and external partners.

• Seeks and values feedback.

 
Reasoning Ability:
 

• Seamless multi-tasking skills, with great attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with partners at all levels of the organization, and able to lead and inspire teams toward a common goal.
