Responsibilities include:
Job Description • Plans, develops and implements complete and detailed project schedules to ensure required dates are met. • Establishes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual refresh activities necessary to meet strict program timetables. • Plans and establish timelines to ensure milestones are achieved using industry standard tools. • Must ensure that progress is reported and made with all necessary stakeholders. • Develops and implements the overall strategy, plan and schedule for technology refresh of an IT enterprise • Leads and manages a refresh team responsible for refreshing end user devices, telephony, VTC, printers, network devices, software and firmware in accordance with customer SLAs. • Responsible for managing inventory forecasting for refresh purposes. • Develops and maintains a technology refresh plan that is revised on an ongoing basis. • Focuses on continual service improvement to increase efficiencies and cost optimizations. • Develops, implements, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) supporting the technology refresh activities.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: The Deputy Refresh Manager shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field and twelve (12) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Required Clearance Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance
