Position Overview
The Coordinator, ANN INC. brands & channels, supports the Client Experience
& Communications team with Store and Field communications by coordinating
and organizing efforts for respective projects; crafting, editing and
proofreading communications for various communication channels and audiences;
and generating reports and recaps to stay on schedule.
The Coordinator will work closely with the
Manager(s) and Assistant Manager(s) of Client Experience & Communications
Team to support strategies that are aligned with the evolution of our full
priced brands and channels.
Key Accountabilities:

Support seasonal and brand communications
including writing content, designing communications and routing for
feedback/approvals (in both print & digital formats).
●
Assistant Content Producer for select
associate education tools including concepting, design, implementation. Plus,
support sustainment through Associate Engagement campaigns.
●
Maintain governance and brand standards for
field communication and client experience strategies.
●
Partner with Assistant Manager to build
concept and style out boards for photo shoots with brand styling teams.
●
Oversee and coordinate sample sharing with
Merchandising and Marketing for photo shoots.
●
Schedule messenger service for transporting
samples to and from photo shoots.
●
Coordinate assets, copy and reviews for store
communication projects & education tools.
●
Awareness to workflow as a holistic view for
PLC and other cross-functional partners to advise on store workload and
partnering to mapping to communication plans.
●
Provide project management & event
support including project plans, status recaps, agendas, show flows, etc.
●
Assist Assistant Manager in the content
creation and sustainment of our Store Outreach Program
●
Support follow-up communication with Outreach
stores and Workforce Management Team for store event requests.
●
Correspond with stores via issues management
system, CrossCap, general email boxes, and internal communication channels.
●
Create POs and update Workflow entries.
●
Coordinate & oversee store mailpack
schedule & logistics with functional partners
●
Proactively coordinate prep needs for
meetings or status as requested including, presentation boards, agendas,
scheduling, etc.
Requirements:
●
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English,
Public Relations, Business Management, Marketing
●
Eagerness to learn about retail/fashion,
client service & experience; with a focus on retail/business communications
●
Highly effective communicator (verbal and
written); 2 years of writing experience required.
●
2-3 years of project coordination or
management experience.
●
Passion for writing for various audiences
(internal, external) using various vehicles (print, online).
●
Proficient on PC & MAC Operating Systems.
●
Organized & works well in a fast-paced
environment – including management of deadlines for multiple projects, exhibits
a sense of urgency, proactive, resourceful, can-do attitude.
●
Collaborative and works well in a team
environment, but can work independently.
●
Retail store background is a plus, but not
required.
