About us:
One of the world’s leading and most recognized brands comes to life in our approximately 1800 store locations, where guests are inspired to get what they need to enjoy life—for less. This unmatched shopping experience relies on the support, leadership and expertise of our Business Partners.
Are you ready to take on a critical multi-store leadership role where you help ensure the success of team members in the field? Can you provide the expertise and hands-on support to drive progress and innovation on workplace initiatives within your specialty? Are you great at building trusted partnerships with leaders at multiple levels and store locations? Then come aboard as a Business Partner with Target, and see your positive influence transform into real results.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) influences both exempt and hourly team members, providing them with resources, support and guidance. You’ll act as a key partner to Group leadership, District leadership, Store Team Leaders and the Executive Team Leader for Human Resources to develop, champion and oversee integral areas of the business. As a company brand ambassador throughout stores and facilities, you’ll also foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in everything you do. Your focus will involve staffing and scheduling, talent strategy and management, training and development, team member and labor relations and compliance. You’ll work both from the office and in the field via store visits and on-site meetings to stay close to your markets. The HRBP reports to the HR Director, and partners closely with HR Store Leaders.
As a Business Partner, you’ll travel to various stores based on your market. You’ll also enjoy competitive pay and a store discount.
