Senior Engineer

JOB POSITION:       Senior Engineer

LOCATION:             33 South 6^th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402

DUTIES:                    Write, develop, and unit test software that performs at enterprise scale, and participate with build, test, and implementation of infrastructure components that meet the needs of the design specifications; diagnose, isolate, and de-bug software problems and perform problem resolution; monitor systems capacity and performance; provide preventative maintenance and resolve problems to ensure stability; develop various functionalities in the software application using technology stack that consists of Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, Selenium, Selenium Grid, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Docker, Camel, Protractor; perform development on MacOS, Linux, and Windows operating systems; lead test automation efforts; and introduce test automation tools and best practices for efficient and exhaustive testing. Tools and technologies used include: Java, JavaScript, Python, Selenium, Selenium Grid, Appium, Soap UI, Jenkins, JIRA, TestNG, Maven, Docker, Taurus, Gatling, Kubernetes, Camel, Kafka, Protractor, REST Web Services, Spring Boot, AngularJS, and Virtual Box.

REQUIREMENTS:  This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field, and at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in software engineering (any title) developing system architecture / system requirements and performing testing using Java, Spring, JavaScript, Selenium, Selenium Grid, REST Web Services, Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, and Windows OS.
