A role in Real Estate Data and Technology means the opportunity to support the Real Estate team as they develop and drive Target’s market-based growth strategies. You’ll use your experience in business process practices, technological aptitude and problem solving skills to elevate the team’s ability to respond quickly to requests for information and drive improved data outcomes. You’ll be a key player on the team that manages the lifecycle of our stores, site selection of new properties, the scope of remodels and existing property portfolio negotiations and property disposition.

As a Data Quality Specialist you will lead the data quality efforts of Target’s Real Estate Data and Technology team through process, data accuracy and reporting. By identifying gaps and recognizing interdependencies you will recommend resolutions to problems impacting data systems, tools and reporting. Through process improvements and maintenance you will make recommendations on training and downstream impacts by working closely with the team Director, subject matter experts and partners, to help create, apply and maintain the data standardization program for Real Estate. You will provide support to the Sr. Real Estate Reporting Analyst by learning reporting tools, data structure and contents to produce effective and accurate reporting. The work of this role will enable the team to achieve faster and more accurate results, save time and costs due to less manual data analysis and will help ensure we have knowledgeable resources into the future. About you:

4 year degree
End-to-end business process experience, process management experience preferred
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Substantial computer skills including Excel proficiency, exposure to reporting tools, comfortable with technology terms, language and ability to learn quickly
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment including strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong cross functional and positive working relationships
