Leverage your proven security, technology, and relationship building skills to become a trusted security advisor for the Infrastructure, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture teams at Target.  Influence enterprise security and technology teams working with cutting-edge open source and legacy technologies to implement systems that balance the objectives of the business, technology, and information security. 

As a Lead Information Security Analyst for Infrastructure, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture you'll take the lead as you…

• Provide security advisory services that align with the business, security, and compliance objectives of the company.   Involve other subject matter resources within information security when necessary.

• Lead the identification and prioritization of information security risks.  Advise business partners on security requirements and solutions. Ensure compliance to requirements is achieved

• Gain an understanding of information security risk within the portfolio, promote balanced risk mitigation, and drive the remediation of open portfolio risks with appropriate urgency. 

• Communicate the importance of implementing secure practices that are aligned to needs of the business to security and technology teams.

• Represent the team as a thought leader on infrastructure information security

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and develop strong liaison relationships

• Conduct analysis and trending on internal or external progress or events affecting infrastructure information security

• Participate in special projects and research; prepare management reports and presentations as requested

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience

• 4 years of direct experience with open-source software development and deployment security or enterprise infrastructure security

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop working business relationships and trust

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

• Ability to lead down, across, and up in order to persuade and/or negotiate desired outcomes

• CISSP or ability to pass exam(s) within 90 days

Desired Qualifications (one or more of the following)

• Knowledge of open source deployment and development security, API stack security, cloud solution security, network security, and/or infrastructure-as-code security.

• 2 years of consultancy, advisory, or business-facing information security experience

• Development experience with open-source tools and platforms

• Knowledge of and experience securing IoT devices and platforms

• Knowledge of security controls related to IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS

• Expertise in information security as related to mergers & acquisitions
