The Coordinator, College Recruitment Support position supports the College Relations team with event planning, travel logistics, collateral needs, onboarding processes, and prescreening candidates.
Perform other duties as assigned. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH.
Essential Functions:
• Provide logistical support to the college recruitment team
• Support campus and virtual recruiting events and interviews as needed, some travel required
• Partner with Recruitment Operations to create and manage job requisitions
• Support and troubleshoot recruitment system issues and identify opportunities for improvements and solutions
• Assist with logistics and planning for the summer intern programs
• Manage rosters & hiring metric reports as new hires accept and onboard
• Work with vendors to replenish collateral, update marketing materials, and ship onsite & onboarding packets
• Keep accurate recruitment records
• Assist with candidate travel inquiries & expense reimbursement
• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree from accredited university required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management or HR experience preferred.
Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills:
• Must have above average mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Reasoning Ability:
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful and solution-oriented, able to anticipate and recognize needs and recommend solutions.
• Exercises appropriate judgment in maintaining confidentiality and communicating sensitive information with various audiences.
Physical Demands:
• This position involves extended periods of sitting and the extensive use of computer and the office equipment.
• May involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Other Skills:
• Detail oriented, prepares work accurately with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Work Hours:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
