Production Coordinator

This person will Coordinate and schedule staffing for Sports Initiatives and Original Entertainment. This Production Coordinator position will support the daily operations of LABC Productions. The shows that will be supported are; The Dan Patrick Show, The Rich Eisen Show, Red Zone Channel and Fantasy Zone Channel.
Duties:
Studio Production

Coordinate crewing for all LABC studio shows based on requirements set forth by producers.

Track production costs and assist with creating show budgets.

Deliver accrual of the contract labor of special events and LABC studio productions.

Coordinate payroll for all studio productions between NPW’s and payroll company.

Coordinate crewing and payroll with any third party production company producing content on behalf of AT&T.

Create and distribute call sheets for all shows produced by LABC Productions or outside production companies.

Assure the communication about staffing needs is distributed among department leads, ie, producers, TS leads and Production Operations supervisors.

Provide support in all aspects of production to ensure producers are able to create the highest quality product for DIRECTV customers and viewers.
Remote (Outside Studio) Productions

Provide support in all staffing aspects of production to ensure producers are able to create the highest quality product for customers and viewers.

Coordinate crewing of all studios shows base on requirements set forth by production and technical staff.

Coordinate with any third party production company producing content on behalf of AT&T.

Support Production with logistical aspects of production.
Other Duties
-
Support Production with show memos and any other show related documentation.
Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors’ Degree in Film/Television production or Communications

Or, 5 years of Film/ Television production
