This position can be located in El Segundo, CA; NYC; Atlanta or Dallas.
To support the AT&T Legal team responsible for advertising of AT&T Mobility & Entertainment Group’s products and services. Focus on the marketing and advertising areas. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Reviewing and evaluating internal and third party advertising and marketing materials for compliance with state and federal advertising guidelines. Included are:
· AT&T’s video products and services – satellite, IPTV and OTT
· AT&T’s broadband products and services – IPBB and Fiber
· AT&T’s wireless products and services – postpaid and prepaid
· Support the operation and execution of the online advertising review system

Three years of paralegal experience at a major law firm or in-house position a plus.
Experience in litigation, intellectual property and consumer-related issues a plus.
Experience with Advertising Law is strongly preferred
Must also have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
A Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
