Position Summary:
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Drives cross-functional projects to completion. Manages the development and execution of cross-functional projects. Manages the implementation of project plans. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Oversees the project portfolio for Office Services. Provides analytics support to projects. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent in a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in team leadership with demonstrated staff supervision
• 3-5 years of project management experience and/or business management responsible for profits
• Possess specialized knowledge of office furniture products, design, installation, reconfigurations, content and equipment moves
• Advanced MS Project skills, skilled user of other MS Office products
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of CAFM systems (StackFM- Accendo)
