With the creation of a function focused on Strategy, Analytics, and Innovation, Macy’s reinforced its commitment to exploring new business opportunities and using analytics to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty and improve the customer experience.
Reporting to the GVP, Strategy and Customer Analytics, the Director will apply subject matter expertise and structured problem solving skills to shaping transformational Digital capabilities. Macy’s is committed to delivering accelerated Digital growth by driving radical growth in online SKUs and pursuing focused investments in transformational Digital technologies. The Director will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing use cases, developing business cases and shaping roadmaps for execution.
