Senior Director II - Logistics Industrial Engineering

Position Summary:
- Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
- Develops and implements divisional and corporate strategic initiatives (for example, Supply Chain Innovation, Environmental Sustainability, Southern California Logistics Strategy, Ergonomic Development)
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
- Develops and maintains supplier relationships
- Oversees the development and implementation of processes, technologies, and material handling equipment improvement strategies across domestic networks (for example, Food Distribution, Walmart.com, Pharmacy)
- Provides overall direction for Logistics Engineering and Project Management teams
Qualifications:
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 8 years experience in Industrial Engineering or related field.
