Position Summary:
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Delivering sales plan across all categories
• Working with company-wide merchandising and buying partners to develop synergies with multiple channels
• Maintain optimum range online to drive sales and profitability
• Participating in preparing the storefront and the business to events and holidays such as Thanksgiving and Back To School.
• Drive innovation in merchandising and introduce new product lines
• Foster new vendor alliances
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with supply, merchandising
and operations teams to drive improvements to sales and availability
• Own product and media content on website
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 7 years related merchandising / category management experience
• Clear and unwavering customer obsession.
• Experience working in high-pressure, high-visibility role managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external groups.
• Proven ability to directly manage teams.
• Ability to work independently or in project teams.
• Retail and / or e-Commerce experience, specifically in merchandising.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
