Position Summary:
•Contributes to strategic product development plans
•Contributes to the Product Development infrastructure
•Develops timelines
•Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Development - Private Brand
•Ensures business needs are being met
•Identifies and develops business opportunities for the Private Brand portfolio
•Manages the development of Private Brand products with other business areas (for example, Brand Marketing, Merchandising)
•Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
•Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
•Provides technical support to the Private Brand team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field and 4 years experience in Product Development, Manufacturing, Commercialization, and Brand Management or related field OR 6 years experience in Product Development, Manufacturing, Commercialization, and Brand Management.
