Position Summary:
Global Initiative and Training Manager
As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), the Global Initiative and Training Manager will lead and drive global initiatives and global training across all service lines, especially with respect to PMO materials and processes. The right candidate will be a strong project/initiative manager, collaborator, change manger, and consensus builder and they will work with the PMO clients and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain alignment from all relevant stakeholders. The ideal location for this position is Chicago, IL or Cincinnati, OH. Experience managing technology projects is highly preferred.

Training Capabilities:
• Develop and implement global training programs on a variety of topics including service line best practices, professional credentials, general and technical business skills
• Devise annual training program strategy, highlighting the alignment of the program with the objectives of the account and the benefits of its implementation; will need to sell the approach and results to senior leadership
• Create and proactively manage annual training budget and develop ROI for training programs
• Archive and refresh training materials on an ongoing basis

• Create clear and concise action plans to meet Client and Firm goals; integrate and leverage teams to drive flawless execution
• Utilize creative problem-solving to provide a diverse range of solutions for problems without a ready solution
Experience
• This is role is open to generalists from a wide variety of backgrounds. However, proven project/initiative management skills are critical. Also, it is advantageous to demonstrate some or all of the following:
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Proven ability to run long-range, complex programs across multiple geographies
• Solution selling and/or other persuading and influencing techniques
• In-depth knowledge of project/initiative/program management - in particular bringing structure and organization, and tracking to desired outcomes
• Extensive experience in a client-focused, results/metrics-driven, global organization
• 5-7 years of documented, progressive experience in training or process management with knowledge around process improvement and best practice implementation
• Providing in-person and virtual training, including development of the materials
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1 and group interactions/routines, PowerPoint presentations and email.
• Experience managing technology projects is highly preferred.
