Director - Forecasting Strategy

Position Summary:

• Aligns and influences Global Transformation stakeholders
• Approves and ensures the development and continuous transformation of the global replenishment organizations
• Creates, implements, and drives strategic vision for global supply chain operations and purchase order transformations to all levels of Walmart, Inc.
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Oversees and guides global program management activities for global replenishment, and purchase order transformations
• Oversees third-party teams and deliverables
• Provides overall direction

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience supervising, managing contractors, or leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business, or related field and 4 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, statistics, mathematics, or related field OR 7 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
