Position Summary:

• Assists in the supervision of lifeguards
• Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
• Ensures safety and well-being of Aquatics participants through preventive life-guarding
• Establishes schedule for lifeguards at various pools 7 days per week
• Leads and participates in teams
• Maintains compliance

Qualifications:

• 2 years lifeguarding experience.
• First Aid Certification from appropriate organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA, Boy Scouts).
• CPR Certification for life guards or professional rescuers from appropriate organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA, Boy Scouts).
• Lifeguard Certification from appropriate organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA, Boy Scouts).
