Position Summary:
Leads Optical Operations - Assists associates to understand safe and correct processes for assigned task(s), and follows these procedures when
doing own work. Identifies situations where associates need help and shares accurate information on optical services and products with them.
Identifies housekeeping opportunities, unsafe working conditions, poor products, and improper service procedures in the optical service area, and
reports them to management with ideas for how to fix the problem. Completes all position requirements in a safe and correct manner, and ensures
equipment and supplies are available and in proper working order.

Qualifications:
2 years of post-secondary education (incl. Vocational/Technical) in a business related field OR 6 months experience as a Wal-Mart associate OR 1
year external experience in a leadership/supervisory role
