Director, Anti-Corruption Financial Controls; International Finance

Position Summary:

  • Communicates with international markets to ensure understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws
  • Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
  • Designs, leads, and implements global projects to enhance Walmart's compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws
  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
  • Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
  • Directs the efforts of in-country project management teams (for example, in-country external consultants) in the implementation of global controls
  • Drives consolidation support activities, policies, governance, and training for team members and business partners
  • Provides overall direction

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field and 6 years experience in accounting, finance, or related field OR 8 years experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
