Position Summary:
- Defines agendas, tools and templates for facilitating the functioning of the forum
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
- Ensures business needs are being met
- Identifies business areas that require governance and support through forums
- Manages and convenes all discussions for the forum
- Manages stakeholder participation in the forums
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
- Researches and analyses specific forum topics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree and 3 years experience in multi-national FMCG or retailer OR 5 years experience with a multi-national FMCG or retailer.
