• Assists buyers with category, subcategory and item-level maintenance, and with financial performance
• Assists in the development and management of new and existing product lines
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Establishes and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders (for example, store associates, suppliers)
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business or related field OR 1 year experience in merchandising or related field.
