Position Summary:
• Works closely with enterprise stakeholders, front line users and technical leaders to set tech strategy in an agile product based environment.
• Owns Enterprise and/or Domain blueprinting deliverables.
o Examples include: Future State Reference Architectures, Capability Maturity Models & Roadmaps, Product Life Cycle Strategy & Adoption Plans, Context Diagrams, Application Interaction Diagrams, User Interaction Diagrams, Transition plans & anything else needed to enable delivery of technically excellent IT products.
• Experience building, deploying, and iterating on successful products.
• Able to condense complex technical subjects into approachable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to mold consensus across many stakeholders.
• Deep passion and understanding of front line users “Domain Knowledge”
• Analytical mind that uses metrics & kpi’s to drive strategic plans and execution.

• Experience managing products and portfolios of related products in terms of capability definition and sequencing/prioritization based on enterprise objectives.
• Ability to comprehend multiple stakeholder requirement sets and determine the correct architectural design to address them in a scalable manner.
• Ability to summarize and articulate domain strategies as appropriate by audience in terms of enterprise value and priority.
• Purposeful focus on the enterprise adoption of new domain products the retirement/elimination strategy of deprecated products to reduce cost, data corruption, and inefficiency.
