Position Summary:
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Develops Merchandising division alignment of feature planning and demo strategies to drive efficiency and profitability
- Identifies products that satisfy Member needs
- Manages financial performance of assigned subcategory groups
- Manages suppliers
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
- Provides direction to cross functional teams (for example, Planning, Merchandising, Replenishment)
- Supports senior leaders with execution and maintenance of category and subcategory inventory plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field OR 1 year experience in Merchandising or related field.
